Melinda Rose-Raine is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional, Certified Health and Safety Consultant, Psychological Health and Safety Advisor, and Certified Ergonomics Specialist with over 16 years of experience advancing workplace health, safety, and wellness.
As the founder of Rose-Raine Safety Consulting, she delivers expert remote and virtual consulting services with a focus on ergonomics, disability management, and psychological health and safety. Known for her professionalism, insight, and ethical leadership, Melinda partners with organizations to build safer, more inclusive environments that support both compliance and culture.

Jace Miles is a third-year student pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is a Certified Ergonomics Specialist. With a developing focus on human factors and workplace well-being, he supports ergonomic assessments and client services at Rose-Raine Safety Consulting.
Jace brings a research-informed perspective that connects academic knowledge with real-world application. His work reflects a strong interest in both the physical and psychological demands of work, supporting the development of healthy, productive environments.
